The KGP-7-2B fastening unit has a mechanical strength that guarantees its rated breaking load at garland deflection angles of up to 45 degrees in directions along and across the power line and has dimensions corresponding to the tied dimensions of unified intermediate supports developed by the Energosetproject Institute. Mounting unit KGP-7-2B is completed with a special shackle SRS-7-16 and is designed to replace the discontinued mounting unit KGP-6-2B.
